Demand generation for teams that sell

Your ad platforms and your CRM are telling two different stories.

We make them agree, then grow the one that pays the bills. Hutch pairs senior operators with our own AI systems to rebuild your ad campaigns around revenue, connect every click to your CRM, and scale the channels that actually close.

The problem

If any of this sounds familiar, the problem probably isn't your ads.

Marketing celebrates the leads. Sales says they're junk.

Platform conversions keep climbing while the pipeline stays flat, and nobody can say which number is true.

You're optimizing to cost per lead, not cost per customer.

Google and Meta are doing exactly what they were told: finding cheap form fills. Nobody told them what a customer looks like.

Good leads go into the CRM and go cold.

Slow follow-up, unclear routing and missing lifecycle stages leak pipeline you already paid for.

Your last agency sent a junior and a dashboard.

Reports full of clicks and impressions, a rotating cast of account managers, and no answer to "what's driving revenue?"

The Hutch formula

People + Technology + Process = Outsized Performance

Great people with weak systems burn out. Great tools with no judgment make bad decisions faster. Results come from getting all three right at once, and that's the whole job.

People

Senior operators, not account coordinators.

Strategists who have run demand generation for 400+ companies set your strategy and stay on your account. The people who pitch you do the work.

+ Technology

AI built into how we work.

Our own AI agents check every account's pacing and performance every morning, flag what changed, and draft the analysis, so senior time goes to decisions.

+ Process

A proven path from ad spend to revenue.

Google Ads first, then tracking, then the handoff to sales, then new channels. The same sequence almost every time because it works, measured in pipeline.

= Outsized Performance

More pipeline from the same budget.

Lower cost per opportunity, revenue you can trace to its source, and a marketing engine that gets measurably smarter every month.

The process, step by step

  1. 01

    Rebuild Google Ads around revenue

High-intent search structured around the buyers who actually close, with spend shifted away from what only looks good in the platform.

  2. 02

    Fix the tracking

We connect your CRM to the ad platforms so qualified leads, opportunities and closed deals flow back as conversions. The algorithms learn what a customer is worth.

  3. 03

    Tighten the handoff to sales

Lifecycle stages, routing, speed to lead and lead-quality feedback, so the pipeline marketing creates actually reaches a rep and gets worked.

  4. 04

Expand into channels that earn it

Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn, plus SEO and landing pages through partners we manage. A channel gets budget when the data says it will pay back.

The platforms we work in

  • Google Ads
  • Microsoft Advertising
  • Meta
  • LinkedIn
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce

AI at Hutch

Most agencies are experimenting with AI. Hutch runs on it.

AI agents already do the daily monitoring, reporting and first-draft analysis across our accounts. The same know-how goes into the tools we build for your revenue team, on top of your own CRM and ad data.

Inside your account

How AI makes our team faster

Every account, checked every morning. Agents review spend pacing and performance daily and flag anomalies within hours, not at the monthly review.

Reporting that explains itself. What changed, why, and what it means for pipeline, drafted by AI and verified by the strategist who owns your account.

Faster, broader testing. More ad copy, keyword and audience variations, each reviewed by a senior marketer before it goes live.

For your revenue team

AI tools we build for clients

Live revenue dashboards. Ad spend reconciled with pipeline and closed revenue, always up-to-date.

CRM-to-ad-platform automations. Audiences, exclusions and offline conversions that stay in sync with your CRM, no manual uploads.

Lead scoring and routing agents. Every inbound lead read, scored and sent to the right rep in minutes.

Your own analyst agent. Ask "what's driving pipeline this month?" and get an answer from your own data, in plain English.

AI does the legwork. Senior people make the calls. Everything answers to the same scoreboard: pipeline, revenue and profit.

The problem:
A large sales team with too little high-intent inbound, and paid search missing its CPL and CAC targets.
What we did:
Rebuilt paid search around qualified pipeline and optimized to sales outcomes.
Also:
14% lower CAC from paid media, 2025 vs. 2024.
"Hutch showed us how to fill our sales team's calendars with qualified leads who were primed and ready to convert."

Private dining and events

3×

monthly lead volume within six months

The problem:
8% of form leads never reached the CRM, and a rotating cast of agency staff couldn't say what was working.
What we did:
Independent lead capture, instant sales alerts, rebuilt Google and Meta accounts, and a live revenue dashboard.
Also:
73% lower cost per lead and the best month in company history.
"Our past agencies constantly cycled through junior-level team members, and we never got clarity on what was actually driving performance, until we found Hutch."
Brian M., Resident
"When I joined Wagepoint, we were not meeting CPL or CAC targets, yet the existing agency kept spending with little optimization. Once Hutch took over, costs came down, CPL and CAC hit our targets and they were able to 2x our qualified lead volume."
Ron Grinblat CMO, Wagepoint +98% qualified leads

Who we help

Built for companies where a sale involves a conversation.

We do our best work for high-ticket, high-consideration offers sold by a sales team, in industries like these:

  • Software and SaaS
  • Fintech and financial services
  • Real estate and proptech
  • B2B services
  • Hospitality and events

We're a strong fit if you have

  • A sales team that works inbound leads
  • A CRM with pipeline and revenue data we can access
  • $10K+ a month in paid media, or a plan to get there
  • A gap between what your ad platforms report and what sales sees

We're probably not the right partner if

  • You sell self-serve or pure ecommerce with no sales team
  • There's no CRM, or we can't see what happens after the lead
  • You want the cheapest cost per lead regardless of quality

About Hutch

Senior people on your account. No bait and switch.

Hutch is led by Kris Hutchinson, who has been building demand generation programs since 2002. He founded Magnifi Online in 2006 and sold it to New Engen in 2018, then served as Managing Director at Jump 450, later acquired by Omnicom.

Hutch exists to close the gap between marketing and measurable sales results. The people who pitch you are the people who do the work, and every recommendation is tied to what it does for revenue and profit.

Questions we hear first

Why do you always start with Google Ads?

It's where buyers with intent show up, and it's usually where the gap between platform conversions and real pipeline costs the most. Fixing it first creates the measurement foundation and the budget efficiency that every other channel builds on.

What do you need from us to get started?

Access to your ad accounts and CRM, a sales leader who can tell us what a good lead looks like, and an honest view of your pipeline and revenue targets.

Which CRMs do you work with?

HubSpot and Salesforce most often, and most modern CRMs. If it holds your pipeline data, we can usually connect it to your ad platforms.

How much should we be spending on ads?

Our clients typically invest $10K or more a month in paid media, or plan to. Below that, there usually isn't enough data for the platforms to optimize to revenue.

How quickly will we see results?

Early traction typically shows within 2 to 4 weeks. For longer sales cycles, the impact on pipeline and revenue becomes clear within 60 to 90 days.

Will AI be running my account?

No. AI handles monitoring, analysis and first drafts. Every strategy decision, budget change and piece of creative is made or approved by a senior member of our team.

Can you build custom AI tools for our team?

Yes. Once your tracking and CRM data are solid, we build tools like lead routing agents and analyst agents on top of your own data. Clean data comes first: AI built on bad data just makes bad decisions faster.

Do you handle landing pages and SEO?

Yes, through specialist partner firms that we manage end to end. You get one point of contact and one invoice.
